Our turkey is a whole bone-in turkey cut in half then it is aged with our creole butter marinade for 24 hours before being slow-smoked and fully cooked over real hickory wood for a savory & succulent flavor. Since it's fully cooked, you can pick it up and serve it or pick it up before Thansgiving and serve it at room temperature or reheat to your desired temperature.
A Holiday Favorite! 1/2 slow smoked turkey , that is tender with just the right amount of seasoning.
Must pick up before 4PM on Thanksgiving Day! Last run of Turkeys will be taken off the smoker at 3pm, this Item Must be picked up at that time.
